On December 9, 2025, Shandong Bester Elevator Co., Ltd. held a grand ceremony for the signing of a cooperative agreement on special new energy equipment (new type of elevators) at the headquarters of Jinan Guotou Testing Group Co., Ltd. Hou Wenjing, Chairman of Shandong Best Elevator Co., Ltd., attended the event and met with the leaders and guests present.

     During the signing ceremony, Cui Shikun, Deputy General Manager of the company, presented an overview of Best’s development history, elevator design, production, and market conditions. He emphasized that the three parties were joining forces to deepen their presence in the green and energy-efficient elevator, as well as emergency elevator markets. By leveraging their respective technological advantages, they aimed to fill the gap in the domestic market for green and energy-efficient elevators. Dr. Yu Zhenchang, a consultant for Shenzhou Railway, elaborated on the key areas of focus for the three-party collaboration, highlighting the development of a tripartite model featuring a “green heart,” an “emergency shield,” and a “smart brain” for elevators, which would drive the elevator industry forward from a technical core perspective.

       Han Kai-pei, Deputy General Manager of Guotou Testing, delivered a statement on behalf of Guotou Testing. Guan Bin, Assistant General Manager and General Manager of Guotou Testing Certification (Shandong) Co., Ltd., Kong Ling-sheng, Chairman of Shenzhou Railway, and Cao Wen-li, Chairman of Beijing Xin Lian Tie Group Co., Ltd., each delivered their own statements. They all expressed high praise for this collaboration and believed that the mutually beneficial cooperation model between the three parties would accelerate the implementation of new elevator technologies and facilitate the scaling up of product applications.

      The meeting was chaired by Guo Huai-li, Chairman of the Shandong Special Equipment Association and Director of Safety at Guotou Testing. Following the ceremony, representatives from all parties conducted site visits at our company.
